Our offices are located in Speculator, a village nestled in the heart of the Southern Adirondack Mountains of New York State.  We primarily serve the Lake Pleasant, Indian Lake, Piseco and Wells region of Hamilton County, as well as adjacent communities.  Hamilton County is the last county east of the Mississippi to qualify as “frontier” according to federal regulations, and has some of the wildest country in the Adirondack Park.  The primary emphasis of our practice involves real estate and zoning issues, including representation before the Adirondack Park Agency.
